Agra is a busy place, and Sanjay Place is probably one of the most crowded spots you can find here. We’ve been running Pratap Epc Services Pvt Ltd from the Nova Hotel building for quite some time now. It’s a typical office setup where we deal with engineering and construction projects. Most of our days are spent looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not the kind of work that looks fancy, but it keeps us busy. Being near the Sanjay Place area means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside, which we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We started this because there was a need for local EPC work that just gets the job done without too much fuss. Our staff is small, and we mostly just focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and site reports, but that is just how it goes when you are managing real projects. People usually find us easily because the hotel is a well-known landmark. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to stay organized. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other local company in Agra, but we are still here doing what we do. It’s just honest work in a busy city.
