You can find us on the first floor of the Ellora Complex, right at Khandari Crossing in Surya Nagar Colony. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s usually a lot of noise coming up from the street. Our office at Cemg is filled with drawings, site reports, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a bit. Being consultants means we spend half our time here and the other half out at various sites, getting our boots dirty. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at structural details. The office itself is pretty plain—just some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We have our tea breaks at the same time every day, usually talking about whatever project is giving us a headache. Surya Nagar Colony is a familiar place for us, and the Ellora Complex has its own quirks, like the elevator that sometimes has a mind of its own. We aren't interested in being a big, fancy firm. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the math adds up. It’s a steady job with a lot of responsibility, and we just take it one day at a time, trying to keep things organized and on schedule. There’s always a stack of blueprints on the table waiting for us to review before the next site visit.
