We've been over at Nagla Padi for quite a while now. The building is at 37/277. Most days it’s just us handling the orders and making sure the scientific equipment gets where it needs to go. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep track of things. We started Biocraft Scientific Systems Pvt. Ltd. because we knew the area needed someone who could actually get these kinds of tools when people needed them. It gets busy here, especially in the mornings when the deliveries arrive. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking inventory. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded, but we manage. People know us around here as the folks who deal with the technical stuff. It's not always easy keeping everything organized with all the different parts and pieces, but we get it done. We mostly just focus on the work at hand. If you walk past the Nagla Padi New area, you’ll probably see us moving boxes or sitting at the desks. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they need something specific for their lab or project. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It's just how we run things here. There’s no big secret to it, we just show up and do the work.
