You can find our business at Plot No. 55 in the Payal Enclave area of Dayal Bagh. We are situated quite close to the Amar Vihar Police Chowki, so it has always felt like a safe and very familiar spot for us to work. At Monika G Masale, the air inside is usually thick with the heavy smell of the different spices we are handling that day. It is a relatively small operation, and we do most of the physical work ourselves right here in the enclave. The building is simple, with just enough space for our grinding machines and the various storage bins we use. We spend our mornings sorting through raw materials and making sure every surface is kept clean. It is a bit noisy when the machines are running, but that is just the sound of work getting done. We do not have a big marketing team or a fancy showroom for people to look at. Most of our visitors are just people from the local neighborhood or owners of nearby shops who know we are here. Having the police chowki nearby means there are always people moving around the street, and we see the officers on their regular patrols quite often. We keep a simple schedule, starting when the sun comes up and finishing once the last orders are ready. It is a lot of manual work, but we like the routine.
