If you head down to the UPSIDC industrial area in Sikandra, you’ll find us at Plot No. E-43/56. We’re quite close to Lifeline Hospital, which is usually how we tell people to find us. Modern Engineers Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a long name for what we do, which is basically just building and engineering stuff for infrastructure. The yard is usually full of materials and some heavy equipment parked out front. It gets pretty dusty out here in Sikandra, but that’s just part of the job. We started this company because we saw a lot of work that needed doing in the region. We aren't interested in being flashy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to sites and checking on progress. The office inside is practical, nothing special to look at, just desks and stacks of drawings. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we work best. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. Sometimes things go wrong or weather slows us down, but we just keep pushing through it. It’s a decent living and we take pride in seeing things get built properly. We enjoy the challenge of a new project and seeing it through to the end.
