Mac Weil Industries

Mac Weil Industries is tucked away at 8/9 Chanda Pan Wali Gali, right in Behron Bazar in Belaganj. If you've ever been to Belaganj, you know the lanes are narrow and always packed. Finding our place for the first time can be a bit tricky because the signs aren't very big. We have been in this lane for a long time. It’s an old industrial area, so there is always noise from the neighboring shops. Our building is nothing special to look at. Inside, it’s mostly just space for production and a small desk for the accounts. We deal with various industrial tasks. The walls have some cracks and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it doesn't bother us. We are more concerned with getting the orders finished. It gets dusty, and we have to sweep the floor a few times a day. Most of the workers have been with us for years. We eat lunch together in the small back room. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of materials delivered. We don't use any fancy management systems. We just write things down in our ledgers and check them off. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us here in the bazar. It’s just how things go in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and finish the work that comes in each morning. There is always a lot to do before the market closes.
