Lav Footwear Company

Our place is over at 18/11 Nagla Gangaram in Loha Mandi. It’s a busy area with lots of trucks moving around all day. The air is always a bit dusty because of all the activity in the market. We handle footwear here, mostly in bulk lots. It’s more of a workspace than a fancy store where you’d walk in to browse. There’s always the smell of glue and rubber around the shop. We have a few guys who have worked here for years. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and loading up bags for delivery. It’s hard work and the hours can be long during the peak season. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us at the desk and the workers in the back. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out. It’s just part of being in this part of town. People know us as Lav Footwear Company because we’ve been here a while. We don't even have a website or anything. If someone needs shoes, they just come to the Mandi and find us. It’s a straightforward business. We make sure the orders are right and send them out. It’s nothing fancy, just honest work every day. We stay busy and keep the inventory moving.
