We've been here at Shanti Dham Market on Mau Road for quite some time now. Most people around Khandari know where we are because we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s just me and a couple of others usually. We spend most of the day looking at screens or opening up computer cases to see what’s wrong inside. Sometimes it’s just dust, other times it’s a part that gave up. We handle all sorts of PC stuff here. People bring in laptops that won’t start or desktops that are making funny noises. It gets pretty busy, especially on Mondays when everyone realizes their tech isn’t working. The shop isn't fancy, just some desks and a lot of spare parts lying around. We try to get things done as fast as we can because we know people need their machines for work or school. Kartik Computers is basically a place where you get honest work done without any of those big mall prices. The traffic on Mau Road can be a headache, but we like being here in this part of Khandari. We deal with printers and networking stuff too when needed. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error sometimes. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we’ll take a look. Usually, the kettle is on for some tea if you have to wait. That’s just how it is here.
