Grey Cells

Running a place like Grey Cells here in Agra keeps us on our toes every single day. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, just a few of us working out of a modest space. Most of our time goes into sitting at desks and trying to figure out solutions for people who come to us. Agra is a busy city and the traffic outside can be a real distraction when we are trying to concentrate. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files, so there is always a laptop open somewhere. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living here. We started this because we wanted something local to do. We talk to a lot of different people, from students to older folks, and everyone has a different problem they want us to look at. It is not always easy and some days are slower than others. We usually grab lunch from the stall around the corner and eat while we work. The walls are a bit bare and we could probably use some new chairs, but the work gets done regardless. It is just a regular office life where we try to stay organized and keep the files moving along. This city is where we belong, and we just keep the doors open for anyone who needs us.
