We’re located at No. 145, Murli Vihar in Shahganj, right near the railway crossing. You can hear the trains going by all day long, which is something you just get used to after a while. Our shop is a pretty straightforward place. We do a lot of printing here, and the smell of ink is the first thing you notice when you walk in. It’s not a very big shop, so it gets cramped when we have a lot of paper in stock. We don't have any corporate polish or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of our customers live nearby or pass through the crossing on their way somewhere else. We’ve been at this for a long time now. The machines are old but they still do the job. Sometimes they act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing them, but that’s just part of it. We don't make any big promises about being the fastest or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a regular neighborhood shop, nothing more and nothing less. If you’re coming by, just watch out for the traffic near the tracks. It can get backed up pretty quickly when the gates are down. We stay open until the work for the day is finished.
