Narayan Bhowmik & Company

Our place is located at Gauri Krishna Bhawan on Dhaleswar Road No-1. It’s a well-known spot because we’re right near the old Dhaleswar Post Office. Most people around here just know us as Narayan Bhowmik & Company. Sri Jagadish Debnath is usually around the shop or handling things in the back. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. People stop by not just for business but sometimes just to say hello. We deal with various items, mostly whatever the local community needs for their projects or repairs. It’s not like those big warehouses you see on the highway. Everything is a bit more personal here. The road outside can get a bit narrow when trucks are parked, but we make it work. Inside, it's a bit cramped with stock, but we know our way around the piles of boxes. We don't have a website or anything like that. If you need something, you just come down to the shop and we’ll see what we can do. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us for years. The post office nearby is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. It is just how things go here.
