You can find us located inside the Hotel Welcome Palace on H G Basak Road. Agartala is a relatively small place, and this road is one of the main ones that people use to get around town. Since we are part of the hotel building, we get a mix of travelers staying upstairs and local families who just want to eat out for a change. It is not a very big room, so it actually feels quite cozy when there are a few tables occupied. We have been operating here for a good while, and the decor is getting a bit older now. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to look polished. It is just us and the kitchen staff trying to keep things moving every day. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a little bit, which is just common in this part of the country, but we have a backup generator that usually kicks in. The windows look out onto the street, so you can watch the rickshaws and people go by while you wait for your food. We spend our mornings checking the supplies and making sure everything is clean for the day. It is a pretty quiet life in 799001 compared to what you see in the big cities. We know most of the people who walk through the door by now. We do not do anything special, just provide a place for people to have a meal when they are in town. It is simple and it works for us.
