Dizitek

Dizitek is found on Harish Thakur Road, right in the Krishnanagar part of Agartala. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a decent spot on a road that sees a lot of foot traffic. The office is where we do all our technical work. It’s not a very big place, but we have enough room for our equipment and computers. The space is a bit messy with cables and parts sometimes, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People usually come to us when they have something that needs fixing or when they need some technical help. It’s a practical workspace. We spend most of our time at our desks or working on devices. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. Most of our customers are locals from Krishnanagar who know we are here on Harish Thakur Road. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We try to be clear about how long a job will take and what it might cost. There’s no corporate talk here, just regular conversations about technology. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to reach. If you have a problem you can’t solve yourself, you can just bring it by and we will take a look. We’ve been here long enough that people know the name.
