Subash Granites

Subash Granites is located at Plot No:18/30/1, Jain Temple Road in Kurnool. The sun gets really hot here, especially in the afternoons when we are out in the yard. We work with all kinds of granite slabs that come in from the local quarries. Moving these stones takes a lot of effort and usually a few of us working together. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just open the gates and start the day. The road near the Jain Temple is usually busy with people going about their business. We have a small shed where we keep some of the more delicate tiles, but most of the heavy stuff stays outside. The stone gets hot to the touch by midday. We use a lot of water to keep the dust down and to show customers the true colors of the granite. It is a physical job and our clothes are always stained with red or grey mud. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you just talk to whoever is not currently carrying a slab. We have been in this spot for a while now. We know the regular contractors who come by for their projects. It is just a matter of showing what we have and getting it loaded up. It is honest, tiring work that keeps us busy from morning until sunset.
