Subhash Naik Industries

Subhash Naik Industries is located in Kandli village. Our address is H. No 1-87, and we fall under the Girnoor post office in Bazarhathnoor. It is quite a way out in the district of Telangana, near the 504307 pincode. We started this small industry to provide some work for the local guys here. It’s not a giant factory with chimneys. It’s more of a workshop where we produce a few specific items. The road to the village can be rough during the monsoon, but we manage to get our supplies in and out. We don’t have a human resources department or a fancy canteen. We just sit together and have tea during the breaks. Most of us have known each other since we were kids. This business is about making things that people actually need. We keep the machines running as much as we can. Sometimes they break, and we have to wait for a technician to come from the city. In the meantime, we do whatever else needs doing. It’s a simple life. We don’t have any big corporate goals. We just want to make a decent product and keep the lights on. If you ever find yourself in Bazarhathnoor, you might see our sign. It’s hand-painted and a bit faded now, but it still shows the way. We take pride in what we build here.
