Fine Air Coolers Mfg And Fabrication Work

If you’ve ever spent a summer in Adilabad, you know why we stay busy making air coolers. Our workshop is in Dasnapur village at H. No. 13-90. It’s a noisy place most days because of the metal fabrication work. There’s always the sound of cutting or welding going on. We make the coolers from scratch, bending the metal and fitting the parts together. It’s dusty and hot work, especially when the fans aren't running in the shop. We also do various fabrication jobs for people nearby, like fixing gates or making small frames. It isn't a factory line; it's just us working with our hands and a few old machines that we know how to fix ourselves. Sometimes we run out of materials and have to wait for the truck to come in from the main town, which slows things down a bit. We don't have a big sign out front, just the work sitting out where people can see it. Most of the folks who come to us are neighbors or people from the surrounding villages who heard we do decent work with iron and steel. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the welding holds up. It’s a practical business for a place like Adilabad where you really need a good cooler to get through the afternoon heat. It is a long day but we get it done.
