Arndit Software Development (Opc) Private Limited is tucked away in Frezerganj Laxmipur. It’s a bit of a different spot compared to the big city centers, but we actually like the slower pace here. It’s quiet most of the time, which really helps when you’re trying to focus on code or whatever else needs doing for the day. We aren't some big operation with hundreds of people in suits. It’s just a few of us. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just some desks and computers in a regular building. Most people in the local area probably don't even know what we are doing inside those four walls. We usually start our day pretty early before it gets too hot in the afternoon. Laxmipur has its own charm, though things can be a bit slow. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but that’s just life in this part of the world. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby to greet people. If you happen to come by, you’ll probably just see someone busy at a screen or drinking tea. We handle all the chores and work ourselves. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra overhead and noise. The commute isn't bad for most of us since we live quite close by. It’s nice not having to deal with the heavy traffic you get in the bigger hubs. We've been here long enough that the place feels very comfortable and lived in.
