This flour mill is also on Jessore Road, same holding number as the other one, 129/160/B. We share the space or are right next door. Instead of rice, we are focused on flour here at Radha Kanhaiya Agro. The air smells a bit different, more like ground wheat. It’s a noisy place too. Working on Jessore Road in Bongaon means you are always in the middle of the action. There’s a lot of traffic heading toward the border. We spend our days watching the machinery and making sure the bags are filled right. It’s a lot of manual labor. Our staff are local guys from the surrounding villages. They walk or cycle in every morning. We don’t have a big HR department or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of white dust. That’s just part of the flour business. We’ve been here for a while and the routine doesn’t change much. We check the grain, run the mills, and load the trucks. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. We don't mind. It’s just how we operate. We don’t have any big corporate goals. We just want to finish the day’s work and head home. It’s a basic setup but it’s ours. We just keep the wheels turning day after day. There’s no need for anything fancy.
