Proshine Techno Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Tridev Garden, specifically in Block D, Flat 3B on the third floor. This is out in the Ghosh Para area. Working from a residential complex like this makes the whole vibe a lot more grounded. We share the building with families and other small businesses. Our space is basically a converted flat where we’ve put in desks and all the tech equipment we need. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops. We handle various technical solutions, mostly things involving hardware and software integration. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who enjoy the technical side of things. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. The walk up to the third floor is good exercise since the lift is sometimes temperamental. We’ve been here for a bit and have a routine that works for us. Usually, we start around nine and keep at it until the work is done. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on difficult technical problems. It is just a simple place where we get through our daily lists.
