It is a bit tucked away, which is actually nice because it stays a little quieter than the main roads. We have our office here in North Parganas and it is a straightforward setup. We have some old wooden chairs and a big table where we spread out all our notes. Most of the day is spent looking at agronomy data or talking to the local folks who stop by to chat. The lane gets a bit muddy when it rains, so we are always cleaning the floor. We are not big on corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk about the soil and the plants. Usually, there is a radio playing somewhere in the background. We know the shopkeepers nearby, and they know us. It feels like a real community. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much, but we have a decent breeze coming through the back window. We started this because we knew the area and we knew what the land needed. It is not about being the biggest company. It is just about being here and doing the work. People find us by word of mouth mostly. They see the sign on the bye lane and come in. We do not have any fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, we just explain it to them over a glass of water.
