Magnova Software and Technologies is based in Baguiati, at Deshbandhu Nagar. We operate out of C/O Biswajit Podder’s place at A7. It is a busy neighborhood, and there is always plenty of traffic and noise outside. Our office isn't in a fancy glass tower. It’s a regular building where we have set up our computers and servers. Inside, it’s pretty simple. We have a few rooms dedicated to different tasks, but it’s all very informal. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist to greet people. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to see who it is. Most of our time is spent on software development and trying to solve technical glitches. It can be frustrating at times, but we enjoy the challenge. We don't have any big slogans or polished marketing materials. We just rely on the fact that we know what we are doing. The team is made up of local people who just want to do a good job. We often eat lunch together at a small place down the road. It’s a very grounded way to run a tech company. We don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local business in Baguiati trying to handle technology services for our clients. It’s hard work, but we are used to it and we like the independence it gives us.
