We’re located over in Dandirhat, specifically in the Chowdhurypara area near Salt Lake Para. Chakraborty Exicom (Opc) Private Limited is run from here. It’s a more relaxed part of the region compared to the high-rise buildings nearby. We are care of Pampa Adhikary. This is a small setup, as you can tell by the OPC status. We deal with communication and exchange of information. It’s a lot of coordination. Our workspace is pretty humble. We didn’t see the point in getting a huge office when we could work effectively from here. It feels more personal this way. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about being the leaders in anything. We just do our jobs. Sometimes it’s just one person handling several things at once. It can be a lot of work, but it keeps things interesting. We value the fact that we are part of this local community. You see the same faces every day. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't have a big HR department or any of that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and find a way forward. It’s honest and it works for us. We keep our files organized and our tea hot. That’s about as complex as it gets around here for us.
