Burdwan Poultry And Feeds is located over at Flat 4A in Block 3 of the Regent Enclave. This is on VIP Road in Kaikhali, though we have ties back to Bankura. It is a bit of a mix having an office in a residential-style block while dealing with poultry and feed. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or handling the paperwork that comes with moving feed and livestock around. It isn't as muddy as being on the farm itself, but there is still plenty to do. The enclave is a busy place, and being on VIP Road means there is always a lot of traffic nearby. We keep our files and records here and use it as a base to coordinate things. We have a small team and we don't really have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the feed gets to where it is supposed to go and the birds are looked after. Sometimes it gets a little cramped in the office when we have a lot of deliveries scheduled at once. We don’t really do any big marketing. Most of our business comes from people we have known for years in the poultry trade. It’s a steady kind of work that keeps us on our toes without needing anything too fancy or complicated.
