Appficiency India Private Limited

Appficiency India Private Limited is based in the Lake Town Co-Operative Housing Society. Specifically, we’re in Building No. B-5, Flat No. 701, at S No. 11. It’s a residential area, so it’s a lot quieter than being in a commercial hub. We like it because it feels more like a community. We aren't a huge team with a skyscraper office. We’re just a group of people working out of a flat to get things done. Our daily work involves a lot of software and efficiency tasks, which is where the name comes from. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings or corporate events. Most of our time is spent right here at our desks. It’s a comfortable space, and we’ve made it our own over the years. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone stops by, they usually just knock and one of us answers. We try to keep things grounded and practical. There’s no need for a lot of talk when you can just show the work you’ve done. Sometimes we walk around the housing society during our lunch breaks to get some fresh air. It’s a nice place to be. We’re just regular folks who happen to be good with technology. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. We’re not looking to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that does its job right from our spot in Lake Town.
