Acritas Infotech Private Limited is based at H No -14/1 on Nc Road. We are in the Nayabazar area of Bhatpara. It is a local neighborhood where everyone seems to know each other. Our office is actually part of a house that we have converted for our work. It makes the whole place feel very casual. You walk in and there is no big reception desk or a security guard waiting. Just a couple of rooms with computers and people working on their projects. Bhatpara is a busy place, and Nc Road usually has a lot of rickshaws and bikes moving around all day. We get a lot of noise from the market nearby, especially in the early mornings. It is a very grounded place to work. We do not use any corporate lingo or have those long meetings that go nowhere. Usually, we just talk across the room if we need something from each other. We handle various info-tech projects for people who need them. Most of the staff comes from the nearby streets. We share our lunches and sometimes someone brings in sweets from the local shop to share. The building is older, so the walls are thick and it stays okay during the summer heat. We have a small backup generator because the power can be a bit unreliable at times. It is not a shiny glass building, but it is where we get our work done together as a small team.
