Gensar Aerospace & I T Pvt Ltd is based over at 41367 on Brigade Road, near Crescent Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside is almost always a nightmare. Our office is tucked inside a building that’s seen better days, but it’s home to us. We do a mix of things involving aerospace parts and software stuff. It’s a bit of a weird combination, but it works for the people here. We have a few rooms filled with computers and some technical drawings pinned to the walls. It’s not a shiny tech startup with bean bags and free snacks. It’s more of a place where people sit quietly and stare at screens for eight hours a day. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling sound, and we have to give it a kick to make it stop. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on. We aren't doing anything flashy; we just handle the technical bits that other people find boring. Most of us have been working together for several years, so we know who likes their tea which way. It’s just a regular office on a busy road. We show up, do the engineering or the coding, and then try to get home before the evening rush hour gets too bad. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their jobs right.
