Yellagoudu Milk Products

Our place is in Bojjannapet and we handle various milk products right from our home at house number 1-46. It is a small operation in the Narsimhulapet area and we mostly deal with the people living close by. We take the fresh milk and turn it into curd or ghee and other things that people use in their kitchens every day. The kitchen area stays pretty busy and there is always a smell of milk boiling on the stove. It is a lot of cleaning because everything has to be kept just right or the products won't be good. My family helps out with the packing and making sure the fridge stays at the right temperature. Yellagoudu Milk Products is not a big company name you would see on a billboard but everyone around here knows who we are. Sometimes when the festivals come around we have to work extra hours late into the night to have enough curd for everyone. It is hard work and my back often hurts from lifting the heavy pots but it is what we do to get by. We don't have a storefront just the space at our house where people come to pick up their orders. It is a practical way to live and we enjoy being part of the village life here. The cows are just a short walk away so everything is as fresh as possible.
