Chabdrajaka Dairy Farm

Our place is House Number 1-38 out in Ravirala, which is part of the Nellikuduru region. Since we run a dairy farm, our work starts long before most people even think about waking up. You can usually hear the cows moving around in the quiet of the early morning while the mist is still on the ground. It is a lot of physical labor, cleaning the stalls and making sure all the animals have their feed and water. My boots are almost always covered in dirt or mud by the time the sun is high in the sky. We don't have an office with fancy chairs or air conditioning; we just have the open air and the smell of the farm. The neighbors in Ravirala are mostly farmers like us, so we all understand what it means to work long hours. Sometimes we stop on the road to talk about the latest rain or the price of supplies. It is a quiet life out here, far away from the noise of any big town. We have a small shed for our tools and a simple spot to sit when we finally get a breather. The walk from the main gate to the house is a bit of a distance, but it gives you time to clear your head. We don't do any advertising because people around Nellikuduru just know where we are. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
