Csquare Retail India Private Limited is located at 71 Golf Club Road. It’s a bit of a different vibe compared to the industrial estates. We have a regular office setup here where we manage the retail side of things. It involves a lot of computer work and phone calls. We deal with stock levels and trying to figure out what people are actually buying this month. Sometimes the software we use acts up and we spend half the morning just trying to get the screens to load. It’s not a glamorous business. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to delivery drivers who can't find the entrance. Golf Club Road is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which we appreciate. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and talk about anything other than work for ten minutes. The retail world moves fast, so we are always trying to keep up with the changes without getting too stressed out. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the inventory is correct and the stores have what they need. It’s about managing the small details so things don't fall apart. Most of us have been here for a while now, so we have a routine that mostly works. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs.
