Ganpati Industries

Our place is at F-2107 in Phase-4 of the Sitapura Industrial Area. If you know Sitapura, you know it’s a sprawling place with a lot of noise and trucks moving in and out all day long. Ganpati Industries has its small corner here, and we’ve made ourselves at home among the other warehouses and factories. The building is pretty basic—just four walls and a roof that keeps the rain off our equipment. Inside, it’s mostly workspace. We have a small corner carved out for the computer and the files, but the rest of it is dedicated to the actual work. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes because of all the dust and the heat. We get started pretty early before the sun gets too high, though it still gets warm enough in the afternoons. There’s a lot of back and forth with the delivery drivers and the people from the neighboring units. We don’t go in for a lot of big talk or fancy presentations. We just get the day’s list, figure out who’s doing what, and get on with it. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend an hour fixing it, which is just part of the deal. It’s a steady kind of life here. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the work gets done right and on time.
