Gangasri Exports

Gangasri Exports is based out of a house in Ibrahimpet, over in Banswada, Nizamabad. It’s a local setup, right where we live and work. We deal with exports, which sounds like a big thing, but for us, it’s just about sending local products to places that need them. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and producers in the Telangana area. It’s a lot of checking quality and making sure the packaging is right so nothing gets ruined on the trip. Being in a place like Banswada means we’re close to the source of what we sell. We don't have a big corporate office in the city. Instead, we work from here, surrounded by the community we know. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out and catch up later. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We know the people we buy from by their first names. Our family is involved in the day-to-day tasks, from sorting to keeping the books. It’s not always easy to get everything lined up for shipping, but we’ve learned how to handle the hurdles over the years. We’re just trying to get local goods out into the world and keep our small business running steady. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The house is always full of activity and lists of things to do.
