Aasadeep Projects Pvt. Ltd. is based at Hno 2-39 in Madhavanagar, Pangra. That is out in Nizamabad. We handle different types of projects and site work. It is usually quite busy around here with people coming and going. We have a lot of files and maps lying around the office. It’s a practical setup. We don't go for the fancy furniture. The chairs are a bit old but they work fine. We spend most of our time talking to contractors or checking on how things are moving along at the sites. Nizamabad can get really hot in the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the day. We are just a group of people trying to get things built. There are always challenges with materials or labor, but we just deal with them as they come up. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Neighbors know us. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break and talk about the local news. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We prefer being on the ground, seeing the progress with our own eyes. It is about getting the project done without too much fuss. That’s just the way we operate in Madhavanagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
