We are based in the Tumma Buchaiah Building on Jawahar Road in Nizamabad. The address is 4-8-46, and we've been in this spot for a while. It's a communication business, so there's always someone on the phone or typing away. The office isn't anything special, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We have a few computers that are a bit slow, but they get the job done eventually. Most of us at Fourth Estate Communication Pvt. Ltd. have lived in Nizamabad our whole lives. We know the area well and the people who live here. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic on Jawahar Road. Sometimes we have to close the windows just to hear each other speak. We don't follow any strict corporate rules or wear fancy suits. Most days it's just jeans and shirts. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the piles of documents. It can be a bit chaotic when a big project comes in, but we find a way to manage. There's no big boss in a glass office, we all sit together. We just try to stay on top of the work that comes our way. It's a practical way to earn a living. The building is easy to find if you're walking down the main road. We keep things pretty low-key.
