Ashish Brass Components Pvt Ltd. (ABCPL) was started in 1985 from a rented 300 sq ft workshop in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Today, we have become a 1.76 lakh sq ft manufacturing powerhouse that supplies custom brass, copper, aluminium and steel components to industries around the world. We are a trusted contract manufacturer for global supply chains and are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified with nearly 40 years of hands-on experience. Our production facility is built for massive scale and pinpoint accuracy. We run custom-built multi-slide automats capable of producing 10 million parts a month—including brass terminals, inserts, and screws—holding tight tolerances down to 20 microns. For more complex, multi-axis geometry, our high-precision CNC turning centers and rotary transfer machines achieve critical tolerances down to 10 microns. From raw material extrusion checks to advanced tapping across Metric, BA, BSW, UNC, and UNF standards, we control the entire process in-house. What keeps our clients partnering with us for decades is how we eliminate risk. We use error-proofing techniques in our drilling jigs, stamp precise sheet metal parts, and run finished goods through high-speed camera optical sorting systems to catch any missing operations or damaged pieces before packing. Supported by a customized ERP system that manages inventory for regular clients and utilizing heavy-duty, seaworthy packaging, we ensure your components arrive exactly when you need them, with 100% end-to-end traceability.
