Our workshop is located at Plot No. 186 in GIDC - 2, over in Dared, Jamnagar. If you know this area, you know it's the heart of the brass industry. We aren't the biggest shop on the block, but we’ve been around. The smell of hot metal is pretty constant here. We spend our days turning brass rods into all sorts of small parts like valves or fittings. The chips of metal get everywhere, so we are always sweeping up at the end of the day. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if not everyone is related. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat. Jamnagar gets really hot, and the machines don't help with that. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we make, you just walk into the back and look at the bins. We take pride in the fact that our threads are clean and the parts fit like they should. It’s repetitive work, but you have to pay attention or you’ll ruin a whole batch. We don't use much technology for the "about us" side of things. We'd rather be on the shop floor than sitting at a computer. Most of our business comes from people we've known for twenty years. They trust us because we stay at our post and get the work done without making excuses. It is a simple life and it works for us day after day.
