Manjeet Fibers is located in Bangarigadda Village. You have to head into Chandur Mandal to find us. We are set up on survey numbers 426 and 427. It is quiet out here most of the time, except when the machinery is running. We deal with fibers all day long. It is the kind of work that gets under your fingernails. The village is small so everyone knows when we are busy. We have a couple of large sheds where the processing happens. It isn't a very modern looking place. It is mostly just functional. We built it to do a job and that is what happens. We see the same faces every morning. Some of the guys walk from their homes nearby. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. When the fiber comes in, it has to be sorted and cleaned. That takes a lot of hands and a lot of patience. Sometimes the power goes out and we all just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. That is just part of being in this area. We keep our paperwork in order but we prefer being out on the floor. It is dusty work, for sure. You probably wouldn't want to wear your best clothes if you were coming for a visit. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do every day.
