You can find us at H. K. Complex, right near Dharnidhar Derasar. We’re up on the first floor at unit number five. Being near the Derasar makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a struggle during the busy times of the day. Our office isn't very large, and it's mostly filled with boxes and paperwork related to shipping things out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are moving between countries like they should. Exporting is a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing, so the atmosphere here changes depending on the day. We don't really have a showroom or anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where we coordinate everything. Some days it’s just the sound of the printer going and someone taping up a box in the corner. We’ve been doing this from this same spot for a while now, and we know most of the couriers and transport guys by their first names. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. We don't use much fancy talk about global reach or anything. We just try to make sure that whatever is supposed to go out actually gets to where it’s going without getting stuck somewhere in the middle. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the paperwork, but we get through it eventually.
