Theetla Obaiah

Theetla Obaiah is located at Plot No 311 in the Sr Nayak Nagar IDA. Being in the industrial area means things are a bit different than a regular residential street. There is more noise from machines and trucks moving around during the day. We have our space set up on this plot to handle our daily operations. It is a practical setup designed for work rather than for looking pretty. My staff and I spend a lot of time out on the floor or managing the yard. This IDA is a busy hub and there is always something going on nearby. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial area. My days are spent checking on things and making sure the work is getting done correctly. It can be a bit dusty and loud, but that is the nature of being in an IDA. We do not have a fancy office, just a small room where we keep the records and take a break for tea. Most of our visitors are people we have known for years in the trade. We just focus on our specific line of work and try to be reliable. It is hard work and the hours can be long depending on what needs to be finished. We appreciate being part of the Sr Nayak Nagar industrial community and just take things one day at a time. It keeps us busy and the bills paid. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big job when it is needed.
