Amruth Singh Sheet Metal Fabrication Works is tucked away at Plot No 68, Sy No 33/8 to 33/11. We are in Block No 7, right in the Subhash Nagar area. If you come by, you will hear us before you see us. There is always the sound of metal being cut or the buzz of the welding machines. It is a gritty place. The air usually smells like iron and burnt sparks. We have large sheets of metal leaning against the walls and scraps piled in the corners. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who know how to handle a torch and a hammer. We do not have an air-conditioned office. We just have a small table with some blueprints and a lot of dust. It is hard work, and the days are long, especially when we have a big project to finish. Subhash Nagar is an industrial kind of place, so we fit right in with the other workshops around here. We just focus on the job at hand. Whether it is bending a frame or welding a gate, we just do it. There is no polish here, just raw metal and honest labor. We take pride in just getting the pieces to fit right. It is what we do every day at Plot 68. We keep working until the job is done, and usually, that means some very tired arms by the time evening comes around.
