Lotus Computers

We've been at No. 45 for a while now. It’s just a small shop where we handle computer stuff for the neighborhood. People come in when their screens break or the software starts acting up for no reason. Most days it’s pretty busy with folks dropping off laptops before they go to work. We don't have a big fancy showroom, just some metal desks and a lot of spare parts lying around in boxes. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait a bit to finish our work, but we eventually get things sorted. I remember one time a guy brought in a tower covered in years of dust, and we spent hours cleaning it out just to see if it would turn on. It did eventually work. We mostly deal with local folks from the street. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a few of us here making sure things run. If you walk past No. 45, you’ll see our small sign out front. It’s nothing special to look at, but we’re here if you need a cable or some help with a slow PC. We try to keep things simple and honest. Usually, one of us is out back tinkering with a motherboard while the other waits at the counter. Sometimes we run out of coffee, which makes the long afternoons even longer. But overall, Lotus Computers is just a part of the daily routine here. We have seen a lot of different gadgets come through these doors.
