Our workspace is way up on the 12th floor of Tower A in The Millenia. It’s one of those big glass buildings that you can see from a distance. Working this high up means we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevators, especially during the morning rush. Once you get inside, it’s a lot of open space with desks and printers everywhere. We have a great view of the city, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen, but mostly we are just busy with the daily grind. It’s a modern building, but we’ve made our corner feel a bit more lived-in with personal photos and half-dead plants on the windowsills. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater on the back of our chairs. It’s not like those fancy tech offices you see in movies; we don't have bean bags or a game room. It’s just a place where people come to do their jobs. We have a small break area where the microwave is always busy around noon. The commute can be a headache because of the traffic around the business park, but we've all gotten used to it. We just show up, do the work, and head back down the elevator at the end of the day. It is a long day usually, but we get things done.
