This form helps citizens to appeal for a demarcation of their land whenever they have doubts about demarcation that is already done by the surveyor. This appeal can be made to Asst Director of Survey / Inspector of Survey, and the Deputy Inspector of Surveyor / Inspector of Survey to re-fix boundaries of lands with reference to measurements recorded in F.M.B.
