The Department of Agriculture, Puducherry extends back end assistance to farmer / farm women in case of occurence of any Natural Calamities such as drought / heavy rains and notified by the Government. The Farmer/ Farm women who wish to avail the assistance has to submit an application form along with the Smart Farmer Identity Card at the Farm Help Centres; Online submission would be facilitated; fields inspected and then the assistance is allowed subject to the satisfaction of the guidelines in force.
