Online Enrolment: This online application allows students from different institutes of the state to enroll themselves with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) as a Cadet for a particular unit under the NCC, NER (North Eastern Region) Directorate. The web application work-flow based where the e-application form is submitted by the Student to ANO (Associate NCC Officer), ANO has to verify & forward to Unit and finally Unit approved and allotted the regimental number to the cadet by the unit
