A platform has been provided to the citizens of Maharashtra to redress their grievances. Citizens can file their complaint in the appropriate office. Token number will be received after submission of complaint. One can track the status of the complaint with the help of said token number. The complaint will be resolved by the competent authority within a period of 21 office days.
