Apply for grant of a duplicate driving licence issued by the Directorate of Transport of Goa. The duplicate driving licence is issued in case your original licence is lost or destroyed. To apply for the duplicate licence, the applicant needs to fill up this online form with full personal and licence details. You will also have to upload the police report in case your licence is lost.
