We are located at Sco 39 in Baltana, right across from the telephone exchange. If you are coming down Panchkula Road, you can’t really miss the landmark. Baltana is a crowded area, so getting in and out of the parking spot can be a bit of a challenge some days. Our office is a practical space where we manage our pharmaceutical distribution. It’s full of boxes and files, reflecting the busy nature of the trade. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the deliveries are on schedule. The noise from the main road is constant, but we’ve learned to work through it. It’s a ground-floor setup which makes loading and unloading much easier for the guys. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. Usually, people just walk in and we talk to them right there among the boxes. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we have to move things around just to find a place to sit for a meeting. We’ve been in this part of Mohali for a good while now. The neighborhood has a lot of small businesses like ours, so there’s a sense of community. We just focus on getting the medicine to the right places at the right time. It's repetitive work, but it's important and we take it seriously. It keeps us busy from morning till evening.
