Our office is over in the Zamrudpur area, near Kailash Colony Extension. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, so parking is always a bit of a gamble. We’ve been at Mohan House for a long time now, specifically at 8-9 Community Centre. Inside, it's mostly desks and people on phones or computers working on energy projects. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass skyscraper, just a regular group of people trying to get things done in the energy sector. It gets pretty hectic during the day with the city noise outside. We deal with a lot of technical stuff and planning. Sometimes we have visitors from out of town, and we usually take them to one of the local spots for tea. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know how things work. It isn’t always perfect—sometimes the internet goes slow or we have too many files piled up on the desks—but we keep moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we moved in. There are more shops and traffic than there used to be. Most of our work is about coordinating different parts of power projects. It's steady work, and we like being in this part of Delhi because it's central for everyone. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always a lot of paperwork to handle, but that is just how this business goes. We don't really do flashy ads.
