Raymond Ltd.

Our place for Raymond Ltd. is located out at Plot No. 156/h No. 2 in Village Zadgaon. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which makes for a different kind of workday. We’ve been at this site for some time now, and the pace here is steady. It’s more of an industrial setting than a retail shop, so we don't get many random people walking in. Most of the people here have been working together for years. We know the routines by heart. The village surroundings mean it’s a bit quieter in the mornings before the machines and transport trucks start moving around. We deal with a lot of textiles and manufacturing processes here. It isn't always glamorous work, and sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but it’s what we do. We have a set schedule that we try to stick to, though things rarely go exactly as planned. Someone is always fixing a machine or checking a roll of fabric. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the news. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy decorations in the office area, just calendars and a few old photos on the wall. Everything is about the work itself and making sure the output is ready when the trucks arrive. That’s the daily life here at the Zadgaon unit.
