YMR CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located at 23-3-39/5C on Vaikuntapuram Road. We are based in the Ravi Kumar Reddy Gardens area of M.R.Palli. It’s a nice enough place to have an office, and the trees provide a bit of shade when the sun is out. We do all sorts of construction work around here. Most of our days are spent checking on different sites and making sure the trucks are arriving when they should. The office is just where we store the tools and keep the files for the various buildings we are working on. We have a small group of guys who have been doing this for years. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation; we just like working in our local area. Sometimes the traffic on Vaikuntapuram Road gets pretty backed up, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. We don’t have a lot of polished brochures or anything. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing our signs at the work sites. It’s a lot of manual labor and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but that’s just how construction is. We try to be honest about how long things will take and how much it will cost. It’s a basic operation, but we stay busy and that’s what matters. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’re happy to stay right here in M.R.Palli doing what we know how to do.
